Thursday Group Meditation 04/15/21

Come join us for our in-person, weekly meditations! Destress, relax and deepen your senses as you are guided by one of our certified instructors in a suppportive space. Max Meditation System™ is a simple yet profound way to deepen your spiritual practice and is beneficial for everyone, including first-time meditators to those with a regular practice.

We will follow CDC guidelines and require all clients to wear a mask, socially distance, and wash/sanatize hands regularly throughout our time spent together. Space is limited to 6 people, so please RSVP at https://mmstexas.as.me/Group-Meditation to hold your space.
