Our Certified Practitioners are trained to teach this 5-step guided meditation so you can better focus on relaxing and connecting to the stillness within.

Created by the Founder of The Modern Mystery School, Gudni Gudnason combines Neuro-Linguistic Programming, mind and yoga acrobatics, psychology and ancient Indian and Tibetian methods to make a complete meditation practice.
